烟霾的日子真得很难挨,过去的那么多天都很少可以看见蓝天白云阳光普照,望出窗外只可以看到被烟霾笼罩的景色。今天的天气突然好转,早上出房门时就可以看到阳光从房外的窗口照进来,看到那黄色温暖的阳光感觉真好,回房再看一看窗外的远景,终于比以往清晰了许多,今天真是个好日子!虽然我和Jln Klebang椰子奶昔没缘份,不过我还是可以尝试在家自己准杯特别的椰子奶昔解嘴馋。这椰子奶昔椰香味浓,不过喝起来却很清新,令人回味无穷,有机会一定要试一试哦!
椰子奶昔
材料:
新鲜嫩椰子 1粒(取椰肉及椰水,椰肉大约1杯及椰水1杯半)
香草雪糕 3勺
装饰:
椰糖浆 适量
干椰丝 适量
椰肉丝 适量
椰糖碎 适量
做法:
1. 将椰糖浆和干椰丝分别放在两个碟子里。把玻璃反扣在装有椰糖浆的碟子里,让杯子边缘蘸上椰糖浆,然后再将杯子移去装有干椰丝的碟子里,轻轻地蘸上干椰丝。蘸好后就收入冰箱冷藏备用。
2. 把所有椰肉、椰水及香草雪糕放入搅拌机内,搅拌至幼滑,然后倒入3个杯中,撒上少许椰肉丝和椰糖碎即可饮用。
份量:3杯
Coconut Shake
Ingredients:
1 young coconut, pour out the coconut juice and scoop out the flesh (about 1 1/2 cup coconut juice and 1 cup coconut flesh)
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
For garnish:
Some palm sugar syrup
Some dessicated coconut
Some shredded coconut flesh
Some chopped palm sugar / Gula Melaka
Methods:
1. Place palm sugar syrup and dessicated coconut separately in two small plates. Turn the glass upside down and dip it the palm sugar syrup just to coat the glass rim. Then lift it up and dip the glass in the dessicated coconut. Chill the glass in the refrigerator until ready to use.
2. In a blender, combine coconut flesh, coconut juice and vanilla ice cream, blend until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses, top with some shredded coconut flesh and sprinkle with chopped palm sugar. Serve immediately.
Serving: 3
