焦糖香蕉隔夜燕麦 Overnight Oats with Caramelized Banana

最后一次上隔夜燕麦的帖子已经是三个月前的事了,那个隔夜燕麦是以香蕉为主的,香蕉和燕麦的组合真的是很搭配,所以我又再次准备香蕉隔夜燕麦。原本打算等家里的即食燕麦吃完才买燕麦,不过逛超市时刚好看到,又忍不住手买了包回来。


早前去亲戚家时试了V-Soy的Multi-Grain豆浆,那个味道很特别,一试就喜欢上了,这Multi-Grain豆浆里含有紫糙米、黑芝麻、麦芽精和薏米,不但有营养,而且喝起来特别香。这次的隔夜燕麦就是以这特别口味的豆浆来浸泡燕麦的,虽然是新的尝试,不过却为我带来惊喜,没想到这组合是那么的搭配。一般准备隔夜燕麦都是把新鲜的水果切一切混合一起就可以吃了,今天想来点不一样的口味,所以我就开炉把香蕉煎一煎,做成焦糖香蕉的口味。虽然把焦糖香蕉还有焦糖酱淋在燕麦上一起拌着吃会有点罪恶感,不过那个甜滋滋的味道吃了令人真的很开心,偶尔放纵一下应该不会对健康有太多的影响吧!
































焦糖香蕉隔夜燕麦

材料:
V-Soy Multi-Grain豆浆 1杯
燕麦 1/2杯
奇异籽 1茶匙
香蕉 1条(去皮切片)
糖 2汤匙
牛油 1汤匙
切碎花生 2汤匙
干椰丝 1汤匙

做法:
1. 在一个清洁的玻璃罐子里混合豆浆,燕麦和奇异籽,盖好,收入冰箱冷藏至隔夜。
2. 以中火烧热小平底锅,加入牛油,牛油融化后撒入糖,加入香蕉片,煎至两面呈金黄即可。
3. 将隔夜燕麦倒入碗中,加入焦糖香蕉,撒上花生碎和干椰丝即可享用!


份量:1人




Overnight Oats with Caramelized Banana

Ingredients:
1 cup V-Soy Multi-Grain Soymilk
1/2 cup rolled oat
1 tsp chia seeds
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped peanut
1 tbsp dessicated coconut

Methods:
1. In a clean jar, mix the soymilk, rolled oat and chia seeds. Cover the jar and chill it in the refrigerator overnight.

2. In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Sprinkle in the sugar. Add banana and cook until both sides are golden brown.

3. To serve, transfer the overnight oats to a serving bowl, top the oatmeal with caramelized banana. Sprinkle with some chopped peanut and dessicated coconut and enjoy!

燕麦香蕉奶昔 Banana and Oat Shake

新年那段时间常在外用餐,时间又不定,时早时迟,所以肠胃因此而常感不适。元宵节那晚有个饭局,在酒店餐厅和老公的阿姨们聚餐,一开始时好开心,因为自从小宝贝出世后都没机会吃自由餐,结果才没吃几样就开始觉得胃胀风,接下去也没吃到什么东西,回家后就觉得很恶心,想吐又吐不出来,整晚都很难过。我也知道自己已经不年轻了,肠胃吸收肯定没以前那么好了,看来只好从饮食着手,调整用餐时间和食物的份量,让自己恢复以前的健康。


自从家里的燕麦吃完后我都没在进货,原因是还有一大罐的即食燕麦没吃完,原本打算每天定时喝杯浸泡的即食燕麦,结果忙东忙西,忙到都忘记了,现在是时候清一清这些即食燕麦了。翻了之前的那本桂格燕麦的食谱书,找到一个很不错的饮料食谱,在奶昔里加入燕麦。燕麦、香蕉的牛奶的组合还很合拍,味道喝起来不错,微甜带点燕麦香。鲜奶油和香蕉脆片是我自己加入的,原食谱里没放,加入的原因是纯碎想让照片拍起来更好看。






























燕麦香蕉奶昔

(食谱参考Quaker Delightful Recipes, pg.13,做少许更改)

材料:
桂格即食燕麥片 3汤匙
低脂牛奶 1杯
蜜糖 1汤匙
香蕉 1条(去皮切片)

装饰:
打发鲜奶油 适量
香蕉脆片 适量
薄荷叶 适量

做法:
1. 将燕麦片,香蕉,蜜糖和牛奶放入搅拌机内,搅拌至顺滑即可。
2. 将奶昔倒入两个小杯中,挤上鲜奶油,加上香蕉脆片和薄荷叶装饰即可饮用。


份量:2杯




Banana and Oat Shake

(Recipe adapted from Quaker Delightful Recipes, pg.13, with some adjustments)

3 tbsp Quaker Instant Oatmeal
1 cup low fat milk, chilled
1 tbsp honey
1 banana, peeled and sliced

For garnish:
Some whipped cream
Some banana chips
Some Mint leaves

Method:
1. Add oats, banana, honey and milk into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the shake into 2 glasses. Top with some whipped cream, garnish with banana chips and mint leaves. Serve immediately.


Servings: 2
