香蕉花生酱隔夜燕麦
材料:
牛奶 1杯
燕麦 1/2杯
奇异籽 1茶匙
Lady's Choice巧克力花生酱 2汤匙
烤香花生 1/4杯(稍微切碎)
巧克力粒 1汤匙
熟透香蕉 1条(切片)
做法:
1. 在一个清洁的玻璃罐子里混合牛奶,燕麦,奇异籽和巧克力花生酱,盖好,收入冰箱冷藏至隔夜。
2. 隔天早上加入香蕉片,花生碎和巧克力粒,搅拌均匀即可享用!

Banana and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/2 cup rolled oat
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp Lady's Choice Chocolate Milk Stripes Peanut Butter
1/4 cup roasted peanut, roughly chopped
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 ripe banana, sliced
Methods:
1. In a clean glass jar, mix the milk, rolled oat, chia seeds and peanut butter. Then cover the jar and chill it in the refrigerator overnight.
2. In the morning, top the oatmeal with sliced banana, chopped peanut and chocolate chips, mix well and enjoy!
