南瓜香料奶昔 Pumpkin Spice Milkshake

之前曾提到会再分享多一些用南瓜香料糖浆做成的饮料,今天就要分享一个冷饮,南瓜香料奶昔。在这个南瓜蜜月里才发现原来南瓜是很适合拿来做饮料的,无论冷饮或热饮都很不错。之前准备的南瓜冰块真的很方便,从冰箱取出,加些牛奶,雪糕,糖浆和香料放入搅拌机搅拌一下,一杯味道独特的饮料就完成了。为了配合万圣夜的主题,我将特别造型的吸水管放入南瓜香料奶昔的杯里,南瓜饮料加南瓜棉花糖吸水管,应节之余又让人觉得特别,喝完饮料后还可以将棉花糖取下来吃。

















南瓜香料奶昔 Pumpkin Spice Milkshake


材料:
鲜奶 1/2杯
香草雪糕 1/2杯
南瓜泥 1/2杯
南瓜派香料 1/2茶匙

装饰:
吸水管 1支 
打发鲜奶油  适量

Methods:
1. 将吸水管轻轻穿过南瓜棉花糖,然后用湿布将吸水管抹干净,备用。把所有材料放入搅拌机内,搅拌至幼滑,然后倒入杯中,挤上鲜奶油,撒上少许南瓜派香料。插上南瓜棉花糖吸水管即可饮用。


份量:1杯




Pumpkin Spice Milkshake


Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup pumpkin puree

For garnish:
1 straw
Some whipped cream
Additional pumpkin pie spice to sprinkle

Methods:
1. To make the Pumpkin Peeps straw, simply poke the straw gently through the Pumpkin Peeps and clean the straw with damp cloth. In a blender, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with  whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Put the Pumpkin Peeps straw in the glass and serve immediately.


Serving: 1 Milkshake
