培根奶油南瓜酱尖管面 Penne with Bacon & Creamy Pumpkin Sauce

我向来都喜欢吃意式面食,偶尔都会在家自己煮一些比较简单的意式面食。意大利面条Spaghetti是家里最常见的存货,也不知几时开始家里买了包尖管面Penne,感觉好像收了好久都没动过。每次煮意式面食都是在一个人的午餐时间,因为容易准备,煮锅热水把面放入煮,然后就可以切食料和开始煮酱汁,当面熟了后就可直接放入酱汁中,只需短短的半小时内就可以完成一盘简单的意大利面了。


为了不要浪费那包很久都未动过的尖管面,我决定花点心思把它煮掉,想了好久最后决定用南瓜泥来煮酱汁。这培根奶油南瓜酱尖管面的做法也蛮简单,材料都是家里现有的,冰箱里长期都有培根和鲜奶油的存货,而罗勒叶从花园里一採就有了。煮好的奶油南瓜酱颜色呈黄,酱汁都被尖管面的空心部位和表面刻纹给吸附住了,一口咬下去时,酱汁从尖管面里溅了出来,增加了食用时的口感。上次煮过奶油培根南瓜浓汤后就觉得南瓜和培根的味道很搭配,所以这次的尖管面里我也加了培根,不过就只是稍微炒过,没有煎至香脆,甜美的南瓜和培根的咸香煮出来的酱汁果然很不错。黄色的尖管面加上黄色的南瓜酱,整盘面食看起来好单调,不过加了点翠绿色的罗勒叶来做点缀,视觉上的效果马上就不一样了,而且吃起来有股独特的清香味。



















培根奶油南瓜酱尖管面 


材料:(1人份)
尖管面 125克
橄榄油 1 1/2汤匙
洋葱 1/4粒(切丁)
蒜头 2瓣(剁碎)
培根 2片(切成小块)
南瓜泥 100克
鲜奶油 150毫升
盐和黑胡椒 适量
罗勒叶 少许(装饰用)

做法:
1. 煮滚一锅水,加入1/2汤匙的盐和1汤匙的橄榄油,然后加入尖管面,依照包装指示将面煮熟,沥干水份备用。

2. 以中火烧热锅,加入1/2汤匙的橄榄油烧热,然后加入洋葱和蒜头爆香,炒至洋葱变软。加入培根拌炒大约一分钟,然后再加入南瓜泥和鲜奶油煮至滚。

3. 将尖管面加入南瓜酱中,搅拌均匀。如酱汁太浓稠的话可加些煮面水调稀。加入适量的盐和黑胡椒调味。盛碟,用少许罗勒叶装饰,乘热食用。



Penne with Bacon & Creamy Pumpkin Sauce

Ingredients: (Serves 1)
125g penne
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 slices streaky bacon, cut into smaller pieces
100g pumpkin puree
150ml whipping cream
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Some basil leaves for garnish

Methods:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1/2 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil to the water. Add penne and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat the 1/2 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add onion and garlic, saute until the onion soften. Add bacon and stir fry for about a minute. Stir in the pumpkin puree and whipping cream, bring to a boil.

3. Add pasta to sauce, and toss to coat. Add some reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish the pasta with some basil leaves. Serve immediately.
