买了这些棉花糖后就一直构思要怎样用,拿来做装饰是最简单最容易的方法。看到了一些坟墓造型的甜点,加了鬼魂造型的棉花糖后就更加逼真。续坟墓南瓜巧克力冰沙后,我决定再来一个坟墓造型的甜品。第一眼看到Courtney的坟墓造型南瓜布丁芭菲就很喜欢,不过一些材料这边比较难找,过后又看到了Karen的坟墓造型芝士蛋糕芭菲,我也觉得也不错,想了想家里还有一些奶油芝士,最后我就觉定综合两个食谱的特点,南瓜和芝士,做个坟墓南瓜芝士芭菲。之前用的骷髅吸水管洗净后把骷髅给取了下来,放在南瓜芝士芭菲里当装饰也很适合,反正坟墓造型都是离不开鬼魂或骷髅之类的。

Peeps的鬼魂和南瓜造型棉花糖 |
坟墓南瓜芝士芭菲
材料:
南瓜泥 250克
奶油芝士 250克(软化)
炼乳 200克
鱼胶粉 2汤匙
清水 6汤匙
南瓜派香料 1茶匙
Milano饼干 8片
融化巧克力 适量
Oreo饼干 200克,约1包半 (压碎)
做法:
1. 将清水和鱼胶粉混合,放入微波炉加热大约一分钟直到完全溶化为止,放置一旁待凉,备用。把融化的巧克力装入一个塑胶袋中,在其中一角剪个小洞,挤出巧克力,在Milano饼干写上RIP字,收入盒子内备用。
2. 在一个大碗里,放入奶油芝士和炼乳,搅拌至软滑。加入溶化的鱼胶粉,南瓜派香料和南瓜泥,搅拌至均匀。
3. 勺入1 1/2汤匙的Oreo饼碎进杯子里,然后再勺入奶油芝士糊,直到杯子3/4满即可。将杯子收入冰箱里冷藏4小时或隔夜直至凝固。
4. 从冰箱取出杯子,将写好RIP字的饼干插在杯中当作是墓碑,然后再撒上Oreo饼干碎来当坟墓的泥土,即可食用。
Graveyard Pumpkin Cheesecake Parfait
Ingredients:
250g pumpkin puree
250g cream cheese, softened
200g sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp gelatin powder
6 tbsp water
1tsp pumpkin pie spice
8 Milano cookies
Some melted chocolate
200g Oreo cookies, crushed (about 1 1/2packet including the cream)
1. In a microwavable bowl, combine water and gelatin. Microwave for about a minute or till the mixture is fully dissolved. Set aside and allow it to cool. Put the melted chocolate in a plastic bag. Cut a tiny hole in the corner of the plastic bag and pipe out the word RIP on each Milano cookies, keep it in container until ready to use.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk till the mixture is creamy. Add in the gelatin mixture, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree. Whisk until well combined.
3. Layer the bottom of serving cup with 1 1/2 tbsp of crushed Oreo cookies. Spoon the cream cheese mixture till fill 3/4 of the cup. Place the cheesecake parfait in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to let it set.
4. Remove the cheesecake parfait from fridge. Stand the decorated Milano cookies on top of each cup as the tombstones and sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies to form the graveyard dirt. Serve immediately.
