最近逛超市时看到有推广燕麦产品的小柜台,乘机就买了一些回家,买了产品后还有附送一本燕麦食谱书,看了里面的食谱我觉得都很健康,将燕麦用在料理中,令不敢吃燕麦的人都不会那么抗拒。食谱书里面的几款燕麦粥都很吸引人,有咸的有甜的,各有各的特色,我选了其中一款甜的苹果肉桂燕麦粥来煮。一向怕吃软软糊糊食物的我开始时也是有点抗拒,不过试了以后就爱上了,从来没有想过燕麦粥可以如此美味。甜中带点微咸的燕麦粥加了些肉桂粉来调味,味道就不一样了,不再是我印象中那吃起来淡淡的燕麦,配上爽脆的苹果丁,一软一脆,口感还蛮不错。
苹果肉桂燕麦粥
(食谱参考Quaker Delightful Recipes, pg.41)材料:
桂格即食燕麥片 7汤匙
无脂或低脂牛奶 1杯
清水 1/2杯
肉桂粉 1/2茶匙
盐 1/4茶匙
黄糖 1茶匙
小型苹果 1个(切丁)
做法:
1. 将燕麦片,牛奶和水混和,煮至浓稠及熟即可。
2. 加入肉桂粉,糖和盐,搅拌均匀。
3. 加入苹果丁拌匀,即可食用。
Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal Porridge
(Recipe adapted from Quaker Delightful Recipes, pg.41)Ingredients:
7 tbsp Quaker Instant Oatmeal
1 cup non-fat or low fat milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp salt
1tsp brown sugar
1 small apple, diced
Method:
1. Cook Quaker Instanr Oatmeal with milk and water until the porridge thicken and is cooked.
2. Add cinnamon powder,sugar and salt and mix well.
3. Add diced apple, mix well, and serve immediately.
