黄梨挞 Pineapple Tart

做了这么多年的黄梨饼,今年还是第一次独力完成做黄梨饼,由头到尾一手包办。去年看到大家为农历新年准备了不同造型的黄梨挞,看到了这些美美的黄梨挞,心里总是有股冲动想自己动手做,不过想到做黄梨挞需要很多工,加上我也会回娘家帮忙,所以就不了了之。在众多造型中,我最欣赏的是花形的黄梨挞,看了就会令人心花怒放。今年终于下定决心,自己动手做黄梨挞,买了两个饼模,一个是梅花,而另一个是樱花,尝试用模压出花纹,做了比较,最后胜出的是梅花,做起来比较美,也比较应节。

送上梅花黄梨挞给大家,让大家感受春天的来临和农历新年的气息。







春天到了,梅花朵朵开,大地充满着春意~!










为家里买新的灯笼时顺便买了枝梅花,茨厂街那里买的梅花和牡丹好多,造型和颜色多,令人眼花缭乱。其实一开始时是选了桃红色的梅花,可是过后看到了这个梅花的造型较立体和突出,最后我当然是选择这枝梅花啦!





其实我也不清楚自己是买到了梅花还是桃花,
看了这张照片后,我的应该是梅花吧!





这马到成功的剪纸也是从茨厂街那里买回来的,
出乎意料,这个这么美的剪纸可说是价廉物美,价钱少许RM4。


刚收到Citibank寄来的红包袋,每年都是两款设计,每款四封,
我选了这个粉红色的红包袋来衬托粉红色的梅花。





花形的黄梨挞用四方盒装着来送礼,
贴上福字,用金色黏纸封盒,看起来大方又得体,
让人看了也心花怒放~!







黄梨挞 Pineapple Tart
(食谱参考Nasi Lemak Lover,造型参考Butter, Flour & Me搵到食)

材料:
牛油 350克
罐装炼乳 100克
面粉 510克
蛋黄 2个
自制黄梨酱 700克

1. 将牛油和炼乳打发。
2. 把蛋黄逐粒加入,打至均匀。
3. 把筛过的面粉加入,搅拌成一个不粘手的面团。
4. 把面团放在朔胶纸里,放入冰箱待15分钟后才取出使用。
5. 把黄梨酱搓成大约7克重的小球状。将面团擀平,用模压出花纹,包入黄梨馅,然后放在小纸杯里。
6. 将黄梨挞放入预热170ºC的烤箱里,烤大约15-18分钟。
7. 把烤好的黄梨挞取出,待完全凉后才可收纳进罐里。

    1. Thanks, the recipe from Sonia is so nice, melt in mouth, that's why I have to put the pineapple tart in the small paper cup, easier to handle.

  11. What if I prefer it to be less sweet? Can I use evaporated milk instead? Or should I use less than 100g of condensed milk?
