西洋菜排骨汤 Watercress and Pork Rib Soup
材料:
西洋菜 250克
排骨 400克
红萝卜 1条(滚刀切块)
蜜枣 1粒
去核红枣 10粒
水 2.5公升
做法:
1. 将西洋菜洗干净,然后浸泡在淡盐水里大约15分钟,冲洗干净,沥干备用。
2. 将排骨洗干净,煮一锅水,水滚后将排骨放入汆燙,去除血水和杂质,取出沥干备用。
3. 将2.5公升的水煮滚,放入排骨,红萝卜,蜜枣和红枣,煮至水再次滚后加入西洋菜,以小火煲2小时即可。煲好后加入适量的盐调味。
这碗汤是我家人的最爱呢。
