我的午餐: 蔬菜煎饼+冰茉莉绿茶 |
冰茉莉绿茶
材料:
绿茶袋 3个
水 600毫升
茉莉花糖浆:
水 3/4 杯
有机原蔗糖 3/4杯
干茉莉花 1/4杯
做法:
1. 茉莉花糖浆:在一个小锅中加入水和糖煮滚,转至小火,加入茉莉花煮1分钟,然后从火炉上移开,加盖让茉莉花浸泡在糖浆里15分钟。把茉莉花糖浆过滤,放置一旁让其冷却至室温,然后收入冰箱了冷藏。
2. 绿茶:在另一小锅中加入水煮沸,然后从火炉上移开。把茶叶袋放入小锅里浸泡3分钟,取出茶叶袋,然后将茶叶袋弃之。放置一旁让其冷却至室温,然后收入冰箱了冷藏。
3. 把冰茶倒入装满冰块的杯中,加入适量的茉莉花糖浆,搅拌至均匀,即可饮用!
份量:4杯
Iced Jasmine Green Tea
Ingredients:
3 green tea bags
600 ml water
Jasmine flower syrup:
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup organic raw cane sugar
1/4 cup dried jasmine flower, rinsed
Methods:
1. Jasmine flower syrup: In a saucepan add water and sugar. Bring to boil then turn to low heat, add jasmine flower and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cover the saucepan with lid and let the jasmine flower to steep for 15 minutes. Strain the jasmine flower syrup through a fine strainer to remove the flower. Set aside and let it cool down to room temperature. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
2. Green tea: In a another saucepan add water and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Place the tea bags in the saucepan and steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Set aside and let it cool down to room temperature. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
3. To serve: Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour the tea over the ice. Add jasmine flower syrup to taste, stir well. Serve immediately.
Servings: 4 glasses

ReplyDelete以前小时候不懂欣赏茉莉花的香,现在长大了,觉得那种喝进嘴里的香真不一般。。
请问你是在哪里买干茉莉花?我没见过呢。。
我是在药材店买的,现在购物逛场由很多小摊子都有卖花茶,不妨留意一下。
