为了配合南瓜蜜月和万圣节,我把南瓜泥和香料加入一般的巧克力饮料里。南瓜香料这个组合真的很特别,之前曾加入在冰沙,奶昔和咖啡里,没想到加入在热巧克力里会擦出另外一种新的火花。我个人是非常喜欢加入了香料的饮料,尤其是把香料加入热饮中,热饮的温度会将香料的味道散发出来,令饮料喝起来更香。
很多人喝热巧克力是都喜欢加入一些棉花糖(Marshmallow),让棉花糖在热巧克力里会慢慢溶化,这样的热巧克力喝和起来的的味道会更香更甜。之前买的南瓜和鬼魂造型的棉花糖还有剩,我把这些棉花糖都加入了放在热巧克力里,黑黑的热巧克力做背景,加上一橙一黑的棉花糖,绝对符合万圣夜的主题。虽然是鬼魂和南瓜造型的棉花糖,不过这些鬼魂和南瓜一点也不可怕,看起来还有点俏皮可爱,相信小朋友们看了一定会很喜欢的。

南瓜香料热巧克力
材料:
黑巧克力150克(切碎)
鲜奶 2杯
南瓜泥 1/2杯
南瓜派香料 1茶匙
南瓜香料糖浆 4汤匙
Peeps 南瓜棉花糖 2个Peeps 鬼魂棉花糖 2个
做法:
1. 将牛奶和巧克力放入锅中,以中火加热,搅拌一下让牛奶和巧克力混合。加入南瓜泥,南瓜派香料和南瓜香料糖浆,搅拌至完全混合和顺滑。将热巧克力倒入两个马克杯里,加入棉花糖即可享用。
Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
150g Dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 cups milk
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Syrup
2 Peeps Marshmallow Pumpkins2 Peeps Marshmallow Ghosts
Methods:
1. Heat milk and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat, Stir to combine. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin spice syrup. Whisk until well combine and smooth. Pour the hot chocolate into 2 mug and garnish with marshmallow. Enjoy!
