椰香黄梨隔夜燕麦 Coconut and Pineapple Overnight Oats

最近爱上隔夜燕麦,容易准备,又可以依照个人喜欢加入不同的水果,干果或坚果,多样式的口味和变化,令我喜欢不已。翻了家里冰箱和柜橱,看了剩下的存货里还有一些椰浆,干椰丝和罐头黄梨,所以就决定来个Pina Colada版的隔夜燕麦。Pina Colada是以朗姆酒,椰浆和黄梨汁调成的鸡尾酒,这鸡尾酒也是我最爱的饮料之一,将黄梨和椰浆的组合放在隔夜燕麦里味道应该会很棒吧!


中午时把隔夜燕麦从冰箱取出,倒入杯里,稍微装饰一下,就可以享用。加了椰丝和椰浆在燕麦里,吃起来有股淡淡的椰香味,再加上微酸带甜的黄梨,吃起来真的很开胃。冰冰凉凉的隔夜燕麦吃下去感觉就像在吃甜品一样,平时不敢吃或不爱吃燕麦的朋友可以尝试一下,味道真的很不错!






















椰香黄梨隔夜燕麦

材料:
豆浆 3/4杯
椰浆 1/4杯
燕麦 1/2杯
奇异籽 1茶匙
蜂蜜 1汤匙
罐头黄梨 2片(切成小块状)
干椰丝 1汤匙

做法:
1. 在一个碗里混合豆浆,椰浆,燕麦,奇异籽和蜂蜜 ,然后将混合物倒入一个清洁的玻璃罐子,盖好,收入冰箱冷藏至隔夜。

2. 隔天早上加入黄梨和干椰丝,搅拌均匀即可享用!


份量:1人




Coconut and Pineapple Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
3/4 cup soymilk
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup rolled oat
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
2 slices of canned pineapple, cut into small pieces
1 tbsp dessicated coconut

Methods:
1. In a bowl, mix the soymilk, coconut milk, rolled oat, chia seeds and honey. Then pour the mixture into a clean glass jar, cover the jar and chill it in the refrigerator overnight.

2. In the morning, top the oatmeal with pineapple and dessicated coconut, mix well and enjoy!
