榛子酱馬克杯蛋糕 Nutella Mug Cake
(做法参考Live Love Pasta,做少许更改)
材料:
自发面粉 4汤匙
可可粉 3汤匙
鸡蛋 1粒
砂糖 4汤匙
榛子酱 3汤匙
鲜奶 3汤匙
植物油 3汤匙
装饰:
巧克力片 1个
烤香榛子 数粒
榛子酱 1汤匙
糖霜粉 少许
做法:
1. 将粉类预先过筛,备用。把其余的材料加入一个马克杯中,搅拌均匀,然后再加入粉类混合均匀即可。
2. 把马克杯放入微波炉里加热1分钟40秒即可。待蛋糕稍微冷却后即可将榛子酱搽于表面,排上巧克力片和榛子作装饰,最后撒上糖霜粉即可。
备注:
**我的微波炉是800Watt,一开始时我是加热1分钟30秒,加热后蛋糕还是没熟透,我就再加热10秒。
**我用的马可杯容量是350毫升,如果杯太小,请调整份量,因为面糊太过满,很容易会膨胀至泻出来。
