美禄燕菜
材料:
燕菜粉 1包(25克,美人鱼牌)
水 2500毫升
美禄粉 350克
炼奶 150克
做法:
1. 将水放入锅里煮至滚,加入燕菜粉、美禄粉和炼奶,转至小火煮至燕菜完全溶化。
2. 将燕菜混合液过滤,然后倒入模具里,让它稍微冷却,然后收入冰箱冷藏,切成块状即可享用。
Milo Agar-Agar
Ingredients:
1 packet of agar-agar powder (25g per packet, Mermaid brand)
2500 ml water
350 g Milo powder
150 g condensed milk
Method:
1. Bring the water to boil in a pot. Add agar-agar powder, Milo powder and condensed milk, lower the heat and simmer till agar-agar is fully dissolved.
2. Strain the agar-agar mixture, then pour into the moulds. Allow it to cool and chill the agar-agar in the refrigerator. Cut into serving pieces and the agar-agar is ready to serve.

Hi Zoe, the Milo agar agar is quite nice and refreshing, I think kids will love this flavour. I love that Milo truck too, but too bad I cant manage to collect all of them.
