香柠酱煎鸡扒 Pan Fried Chicken Chop with Lemon Sauce
材料:
去骨鸡全腿 3个
腌料:
蚝油 1 1/2汤匙
麻油 1汤匙
胡椒粉 少许
粟米粉 1汤匙
鸡蛋 1粒(打散)
香柠酱:
柠檬 1粒(渣汁)
麦芽糖 1汤匙
砂糖 4汤匙(糖的份量可自行调整至自己喜欢的酸甜度)
蛋黃粉/卡士达粉 1汤匙 [Custard Powder]
腌料:
蚝油 1 1/2汤匙
麻油 1汤匙

鸡蛋 1粒(打散)
香柠酱:
柠檬 1粒(渣汁)
麦芽糖 1汤匙

蛋黃粉/卡士达粉 1汤匙 [Custard Powder]
做法:
1. 将鸡全腿洗净抹干,然后用腌料腌制至少1小时。
2. 烧热锅,加入少许油,将鸡全腿下锅煎,以中火煎至两面呈金黄色即可熄火呈碟。
3. 将所有香柠酱的材料混合均匀至无颗粒,然后倒入小锅里加热,煮至香柠酱有点粘稠即可熄火。把煎好的鸡扒切块,伴以香柠酱一起食用。
