湿润奶油芝士虾 Moist Cheesy Prawns

看到网友Hoe Lai Kien在FB group家庭美食乐的分享的湿润奶油芝士虾真的是让人垂涎三尺。原本今天不打算要煮晚餐的,可是看到那湿润奶油芝士虾的照片我又忍不住了,反正家里所有材料都齐全,就勤劳一点煮这道虾料理来解解嘴馋。这道湿润奶油芝士虾做法蛮简单的,餐厅的菜肴,在家自己煮一点也不难,看起来又大方得体,如果宴客的话一定会为客人带来惊喜!这个奶油芝士酱汁实在美味了,如果配上炸馒头就一级棒~!谢谢网友Hoe Lai Kien的分享~!



















湿润奶油芝士虾 Moist Cheesy Prawns


(食谱来自Hoe Lai Kien在FB group家庭美食乐的分享)

材料A:
中虾 15只(去肠后直接炸)

材料B:
牛油 1汤匙
咖哩叶 2支(我用3支)
红色小辣椒 4条(有点辣,建议可减少)
淡奶 150-200毫升(我用200毫升)
盐 1/4茶匙
糖 1/2汤匙(我增加至1汤匙)
芝士 2片

做法:
1. 把材料A用大火炸至70%熟,捞起来,把油盛起来。













2. 将锅烧热,然后加入牛油,咖哩叶和小辣椒爆香。












3. 加入淡奶,盐,糖和炸、好过的虾,搅拌至均匀。













4. 最后加入芝士片,搅拌至酱汁浓稠即可上桌。













*若要更多酱汁,可以加入更多的淡奶和芝士。
