湿润奶油芝士虾 Moist Cheesy Prawns
(食谱来自Hoe Lai Kien在FB group家庭美食乐的分享)
材料A:
中虾 15只(去肠后直接炸)
材料B:
牛油 1汤匙
咖哩叶 2支(我用3支)
红色小辣椒 4条(有点辣,建议可减少)
淡奶 150-200毫升(我用200毫升)
盐 1/4茶匙
糖 1/2汤匙(我增加至1汤匙)
芝士 2片
做法:
1. 把材料A用大火炸至70%熟,捞起来,把油盛起来。
2. 将锅烧热,然后加入牛油,咖哩叶和小辣椒爆香。
3. 加入淡奶,盐,糖和炸、好过的虾,搅拌至均匀。
4. 最后加入芝士片,搅拌至酱汁浓稠即可上桌。
*若要更多酱汁,可以加入更多的淡奶和芝士。
