香兰龙眼布丁 Pandan Longan Pudding
材料:
清水 1000毫升
罐头龙眼里的糖水 320毫升
淡奶 1罐(400毫升)
香兰汁 200毫升(200毫升清水加10片香兰叶捣烂取汁)
罐头龙眼肉 1罐
糖 1/3杯
燕菜粉 3茶匙
做法:
1. 将清水,罐头龙眼里的糖水,淡奶,香兰汁和糖入锅内煮沸,加入燕菜粉煮至完全溶化。
2. 将龙眼肉放入模型中,然后将煮好的液体过滤,倒入模型中,待凉后放入冰箱至凝固即可享用。
