蒸润湿巧克力蛋糕 Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake

近期风靡Facebook Baking Wonderland 的是蒸润湿巧克力蛋糕 Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake,我也跟风做了一个。其实这个蛋糕是在去金马伦前做的,忙着我的超轻土作品,直到了现在才得空整理照片和更新部落格。由于家里没有什么适合的材料可以拿来装饰蛋糕,所以就随手拿了老公给我的白色巧克力球来做装饰。







蒸润湿巧克力蛋糕 Steamed Moist Chocolate Cake
(食谱参考Wiki Soo Baking Wonderland,作少许更改)


蛋糕体:
牛油 180g Butter
细糖 180g Suger (我只用150g,可是还是很甜)
淡奶 200g Evaporated creamer
蛋 2 粒 Egg
面粉 100g Superfine flour
可可粉 50g Imported chocolate powder
发粉 1/2 小匙 Baking powder
苏打粉 1/2 小匙 Soda powder

Chocolate Sauce:
练奶200g
粟米油2tbsp
可可粉20g
盐少许

做法:
1. 糖,淡奶,牛油放入锅内,隔水煮至融化,离火待用。
Cook suger,evaporated creamer and butter until melted using water heat.



2. (1) 稍凉后,分次加入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。 
(1) a bit cool then put egg one by one,mixed well.













3. 面粉,可可粉,发粉和苏打粉过筛后放入另外一个大盆内,把 (2) 倒入,搅拌均匀。
Flour + coco +baking powder + soda powder sieve into big powl, add in (2), mixed well.














4. 烤盘涂上油(避免粘),倒入面糊,放入蒸炉,中火蒸45分钟。
Mould put oil, (3) put in and cook on the stove for 45 minutes (cover the mould with aluminium foil).















5. 取出蛋糕,把蛋糕倒出。
Take out the cake immediately and tear the aluminium foil.



**我没用原食谱的巧克力酱而改用巧克力奶油,食谱如下:

巧克力奶油 Chocolate Cream
Nestle 奶油 170g [Nestle Cream]
可可粉 30g
牛油 1茶匙

做法:
1. 将奶油放入微波炉里加热,然后加入可可粉搅拌均匀,最后加入牛油让巧克力奶油带有光泽。
















装饰:
1. 将巧克力奶油均匀地抹在蛋糕表面,用巧克力球装饰,最后撒上糖粉即可。

  1. 如果没有微波炉,可以用锅来煮热奶油吗?
