豆奶仙草燕菜 Soy Milk and Grass Jelly Agar-Agar
材料:
无糖豆浆 1.5公升
甜仙草 300克(我用蜜糖仙草)
燕菜粉 6茶匙 (做出来口感有点软,建议增加多1茶匙)
糖 1/2杯
做法:
1. 将仙草切丁,大约1x1cm的大小,然后将切好的仙草丁放入模型中。
2. 将豆浆加热,放入糖煮至溶化,加入燕菜粉煮至完全溶化。将煮好的液体过滤,倒入模型中,待凉后放入冰箱至凝固即可享用。
