杏仁奶奇异籽布丁
材料:
自制杏仁奶 1杯
奇异籽 1/4杯
蜂蜜 2汤匙
水果 适量
切碎杏仁 适量
做法:
1. 在一个清洁的玻璃罐子里混合杏仁奶、奇异籽和蜂蜜,盖好,收入冰箱冷藏至少一小时或至隔夜。
2. 食用前加入水果和杏仁碎,搅拌均匀即可享用!
Almond Milk Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup Homemade Almond Milk
1/4 cup chia seeds2 tbsp honey
Fruits for topping
Chopped almonds for topping
Method:
1. In a clean glass jar, mix the almond milk, chia seeds and honey. Then cover the jar and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. Top the chia pudding with fruits and chopped almonds, mix well and enjoy!
