冰蜜桃茶 Iced Peach Tea

除了原味不加糖的红茶外我也喜欢喝水果口味的红茶,上星期分享了冰柠檬红茶,这星期我再分享另一款以水果为主的红茶,冰蜜桃茶。早前买蜜桃还剩下三粒,我用了其中一粒来煮蜜桃糖浆,然后将糖浆加入冰红茶里做成冰蜜桃茶。这冰蜜桃茶喝起来很香蜜桃味,冰冰凉凉的,香香甜甜的,令人喝了很舒服,绝对是解热消暑的饮料!
































冰蜜桃茶

材料:
红茶袋 3个(每个2克)
水 600毫升

蜜桃糖浆:
水 3/4 杯
有机原蔗糖 3/4杯
白桃 1粒(切薄片)

装饰:
蜜桃片
薄荷叶

做法:
1. 蜜桃糖浆:在一个小锅中加入水、蜜桃片和糖煮滚,然后转至小火煮20分钟。把蜜桃糖浆过滤,待凉后收入冰箱了冷藏。

2. 红茶:在另一小锅中加入水煮沸,然后从火炉上移开。把茶叶袋放入小锅里浸泡3分钟,取出茶叶袋,然后将茶叶袋弃之。放置一旁让其冷却至室温,然后收入冰箱了冷藏。

3. 把冰茶倒入装满冰块的杯中,加入蜜桃糖浆,搅拌至均匀。以蜜桃片和薄荷叶装饰即可饮用!


份量:4杯




Iced Peach Tea

Ingredients:
3 black tea bags (2g each)
600 ml water

Peach syrup:
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup organic raw cane sugar
1 white peach, thinly sliced

For garnish:
Peach slices
Mint leaves

Methods:
1. Peach syrup: In a saucepan add water, peach slices and sugar. Bring to boil then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes. Strain the peach syrup through a fine strainer to remove the peach slices. Set aside and let it cool down to room temperature. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

2. Black tea: In a another saucepan add water and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Place the tea bags in the saucepan and steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Set aside and let it cool down to room temperature. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

3. To serve: Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour the tea over the ice. Add peach syrup, stir to mix. Garnish with peach slices and mint leaves. Serve immediately.


Servings: 4 glasses
